Thank you for providing this manual and at low cost.
The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.

Stromversorgung

Nahbesprecheffekt
Richtmikrofone wie das BETA 87A verstärken Ba�frequen-
zen um 10 bis 15 dB bei 100 Hz, wenn sich das Mikrofon in einem Abstand von etwa 6 mm von der Schallquelle befindet. Dieses Phänomen ist als Nahbesprecheffekt bekannt und kann zur Erzeugung eines wärmeren, kräftigeren Klangs verwendet werden. Zur Verhinderung explosiver tieffrequenter Klänge bei Nahaufnahmen weist das BETA 87A einen Frequenzgang mit stufenweisem Ba��Rolloff auf. Dies bietet grö�ere Klang-kontrolle und hilft dem Benutzer, sich den Nahbesprecheffekt zu Nutze zu machen.
Windgeräusche
Das BETA 87A verfügt über einen integrierten Wind� und Popfilter, der ausgezeichneten Schutz vor den meisten Wind� und Atemgeräuschen bietet. Unter widrigen Bedingungen, wie z.B. bei starkem Wind kann der als Sonderzubehör erhältliche Schaumstoff�Windschutz verwendet werden.
Impedanz
Um maximale Signalverarbeitung und minimale Verzerrung zu erzielen sollte eine Abschlu�impedanz von mindestens 800 Ohm verwendet werden. Die Abschlu�impedanz kann bis auf 150 Ohm verringert werden, allerdings zu einer Verringerung der Ausgangssignalstärke und des Ausgangs�Clipping�Pegels führt.
ZERTIFIZIERUNG
Zur CE�Kennzeichnung berechtigt. Entspricht der EU� Richtlinie über elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit 89/336/EEC. Erfüllt die Prüfungs� und Leistungskriterien der europäischen Norm EN 55103 (1996) Teil 1 und 2 für Wohngebiete (E1) und Leichtindustriegebiete (E2).
